A Valencia blind has horizontal slats, located one above another. Venetian blinds are basic horizontal slats made of metal, the slats can be rotated such that they overlap with one side facing inward and then in the opposite direction such that they overlap with the other side facing inward. Between those extremes, various degrees of separation may be affected between the slats by varying the rotation. Valencia blinds are window blinds with horizontal slats held up by cords that raise, lower and tilt the blinds and have a rod which enables the turning and controlling of the slats (opening and closing).
